We booked an overnight bus trip from Hue to Hanoi for two people. The bus arrived at the pickup point one hour late, which can be relatively normal here since buses often pick up passengers from other cities beforehand. The journey itself was very relaxed, the sleeper seats were comfortable, and even at 1.80 m tall I was able to sleep well. After we arrived, we forgot a small bag on the bus, but we got it back the same evening completely unharmed. Of course, it’s better to avoid that kind of stress, but it was nice to see that the bus company cares about its customers. We would definitely travel with them again.

Bed is comfortable. The staff is cheerful and enthusiastic, whatever the passengers want 😆. Professional drivers drive safely. The car is clean and has a very convenient charging socket in the bed. The car runs on time and is arranged in the right place as booked. Score 10 for the red dragon 👍

The informations about pick up locations etc are a little approximative, I asked Vexere where we could get to the big bus directly and at the end the location was still a mini van pick up that brought us to the bus but that is not a big deal. We left on time from Hanoi but made a very long break at the airport to wait some passengers I guess and arrived only 30 minutes late in Sa Pa so very good. There is no WC in the bus so think about it but you’ll do two 30min breaks in freeway area (3k dong to use the bathroom and they are very clean) and will also be able to buy a lot of different snacks and food. Very confortable seats ! Keep in mind that sometimes the quality of the roads is not that good so it can be very shaky. We booked the top 2 seats at the very back of the bus and you can feel the bus vibrating a lot, the lower seats just before these seats were much more confortable and we were able to use them as they were empty. Overall a very good journey :)

⭐ 4.5/5 Thanks to the Vexere app, I had a pretty good trip with HK Buslines. The bus was luxurious with a private cabin for each passenger, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Vexere’s hotline worked efficiently and showed responsibility toward customers. Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. The driver was very punctual, had a good attitude, every time the seat was not as chosen, we sympathize with the bus company because there were elderly people so they slept in the upper bed, the driver drove safely.

The service is very standard, the price is reasonable. 2 couples sleep in a double cabin, it's comfortable, the curtains are very discreet and private, the hotline is enthusiastic and the staff on the bus is very funny and cute, it's worth going back many times 👍👍
