Today I was traveling from Saigon to Hanoi for work and didn't know which bus company to take, so I chose Tan A Ba bus company. Bed is comfortable. The staff is cheerful and enthusiastic, whatever the passengers want 😆. Professional drivers drive safely. The car is clean and has a very convenient charging socket in the bed. The car runs on time and is arranged in the right place as booked. Score 10 for the red dragon 👍

When I got to the bus, I realized it was Hoang Khoa bus, not Hoang Long! But everything was fine! The driver and service staff were polite and courteous! Not rude and insolent like other Hoang Long buses when going from Saigon to Hanoi.

I went with 4 tickets on November 13, booked sleeper bus tickets, the bus company advised me to go with a double cabin without extra charge, very enthusiastic and thoughtful. The sleeper bus is comfortable for 2 people, with a clean toilet on the bus. Thank you bus company.
