I took the Saigon-Cam Ranh bus on March 28th at 9 PM and I'm not sure if I left my AirPods behind, but I texted the bus company and the bus conductor and no one answered. Huhu, please, bus company, have mercy on me and help me find my AirPods (as pictured).

Mình ấn tượng với bạn Sim và có hỏi thăm tài xế về bạn ấy và biết bạn ấy là người Đà Lạt ,niềm nở nhẹ nhàng ánh mắt rất tập trung lắng nghe. Thật tuyệt vời Các nhân viên còn lại cũng rất tốt nói chuyện nhẹ nhàng và rất ok,Về thái độ nhân viên &tài xế thì mình chắc chắn ăn đứt các hãng xe dịch vụ hiện nay. Chất lượng dịch vụ trong xe cũng có nhỉnh hơn các hãng khác về thái độ bác tài & xe tương đối ok so với hãng khác Nếu cần tốt hơn thì hãng nên lót tấm nệm mỏng (mình đã từng trải nghiệm) để khi bẩn thì giặt ,chứ nằm trực tiếp trên ghế da thì rất mau hôi và ko vệ sinh được, mình nằm cứ cảm giác nằm chung mồ hôi với người lạ nên mình cứ phải mang cái mền mỏng để lót nằm. Chúc hãng xe luôn suôn sẻ ,thượng lộ bình an Hẹn gặp lại chuyến 5 giờ sáng mai

Oh my god, this is the first time in my life that a driver stopped to buy me a cup of hot ginger tea because I have heart disease and asthma and get very car sick! That day I had a heart attack and couldn't sleep, so I was given special privileges to sit next to the driver, otherwise I would have fainted. Uncle Tanh gave me his seat and Mr Khai stopped to buy me ginger tea huhuhu! Very very good! Infinite merit!!! I thank Mr Khai and Mr Tanh Dalat car, license plate number 50F 022.81, returning from Dalat to Ho Chi Minh City on October 13, 2024 at 10:30 pm. I asked my whole family and everyone said they slept very well. That day, because I was awake, I witnessed the driver driving very carefully the whole way! Going through Bao Loc pass was very stressful, but my car ran smoothly and turned corners more carefully and slowly than other cars! Driving in the fog for several stretches was completely ok! The car didn't swerve or wobble at all. At each station, the driver reported carefully and in detail! Very attentive! The car is so cute!!! 💯 points !!!! Our typical employee votes 6 tickets for Mr. Khai and Mr. Tanh! Hope you two are always happy and healthy!!! My family will continue to support Dalat for a long time! The car is clean and fragrant, everyone! The blanket still smells of comfort, and the car has a super cute hello kitty sticker!!! Everything was okay, the bus conductor on my trip was very enthusiastic. I have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. Expand the number of pick-up and drop-off points. 2. Check that all passengers are on board before departure. 3. When passengers get off at stops, the conductor could speak loudly (during the day) and gently remind passengers at night (as passengers might be asleep and it would be better to avoid disturbing others). My experience was great! But I only traveled during the day! I hope the bus company continues to improve!

We booked tickets without paying for the Nha Trang-Da Nang journey (which is very convenient if you don't have a foreign card to pay with). We arrived at the bus station (the departure point was indicated on the ticket), and they printed our tickets for us at the ticket counter. We also decided to buy tickets for the return journey directly at the counter, as the price was the same in the app. We first took a minibus to the meeting point, and then transferred to the sleep bus itself. I recommend bringing a warm sweater or a thin jacket/vest, as it was occasionally chilly, and the blankets were old, but they were available. USB ports for charging your phone worked, and there was toilet paper and toilet paper. Everything was quite clean. We traveled back from Da Nang (Da Nang bus station, Terminal B2, Exit 8) on a different type of bus with three rows of reclining seats. It's less spacious, but still quite comfortable and much better than an 8-10 hour ride sitting down. We also stopped near Nha Trang and were then taken to the station by a small bus. They also transport packages during the trip, and there may be stops. I recommend this company and book VIP seats.

First time taking the Binh Thuan-Ben Cat route and choosing the TT bus due to the suitable running time. Seeing a 1* review leaving customers at the wharf roundabout, not picking up customers... I was a bit hesitant but had no choice. The car has no navigation but runs on time, only a few minutes off. Drivers and car assistants are friendly and drop passengers off at the door. The car is clean and modern, but the air conditioner is missing, so the air is cold. 10 points for the quality. Will go again if given the chance.
