The staff were lovely, and the bus was lovely too 😂 It was new, clean, and had Pikachu decorations all over it. Each bed even had a long Pikachu plushie to hug 🤣 The pink pig-patterned blankets would be a hit with kids. This was the first time I'd seen a bus company provide toothbrushes. Two elderly people boarded the bus and the staff even escorted them to their seats to assist them; overall, it was very thoughtful.

Initially, there seemed to be a discrepancy with the agreed-upon pick-up location: The (generally helpful) tracking app, which allows you to follow the bus online before boarding, only showed a different pick-up location, not the one we had been informed of. This caused some brief confusion, and we had to contact the company by phone. However, the driver did arrive on time at the originally intended pick-up location, so boarding went smoothly. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the seats we had booked (in the front) because we wanted our 3-year-old son to sit on our lap (free of charge), which wasn't allowed for safety reasons. We were then easily assigned other seats. These were very comfortable (unfortunately, there are no seatbelts, except in the very front). The journey was pleasant; music was playing at times, videos were shown on a screen, and there was a nice flashing light on the ceiling. The driver drove carefully, and we even arrived at our destination ahead of schedule. All in all, a good experience; we would book with this provider again.

I was stuck in traffic for about 20 minutes but the driver and assistant were still waiting and were very friendly, not pushy like other bus companies. The car I drive is a 24-minute double. The car has curtains so I find it very private and full of amenities. The car goes from Saigon to Quy Nhon and uses 3 foot stations. The car uses 2 stations to go to the toilet at the gas station. and 1 station. Use it for food. Even though the 2 stations are used at the gas station for cars to pay for fuel and for passengers to go to the toilet, the toilet at this gas station is very clean. Hk has an unpleasant smell like other stations. But it seems that this bus company runs out to Ngai Ngai and drops off passengers along Highway 1a, so it's very convenient for everyone😍 I can't fault the place when I take the bus. I bought a double bed and it was just enough for 2 people. The garage staff must be said to be super enthusiastic and cute. Before the trip, I called the switchboard and the employee who assisted me spoke super gently and cheerfully. When we get on the shuttle bus and get on the big car, they always help us carry our suitcases. On the bus, there are free cakes and milk for passengers and also prepare motion sickness medicine, slippers, blankets, pillows and especially hug pillows. But we have to rate the garage 10 stars to be enough!!!
