I chose a departure from the office in the center of Nha Trang, where we were picked up by a minibus and taken to a large slipbus, which we already rode on. The departure was on time, we arrived at the place an hour earlier than the specified time

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. Although there are many empty seats during the ride, the bus only picks up passengers who have booked in advance, not outside passengers (with the amount of money spent on such a route, it's very good).
