This garage impressed me the most with the driver and the bus assistant. From calling to boarding the car, everyone was very attentive and proactively called me for instructions, with a friendly and gentle voice. Lying in the car is also quite comfortable, with blankets and mattresses full of mineral water. My bus was filled with mostly older people, so when I breathed in, I felt a bit of an old person's smell. When I got off the bus, my drop-off point was originally planned to be Nga 3 Soi (Nha Trang) and I took a Grab, but the bus stopped. Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. My first time riding this bus was a bit scary, like some of the negative reviews I read on Vexere, but it was fine. The bus was clean, departed 8 minutes earlier than scheduled, and arrived an hour early. My impressions: + The ride was smooth + The driver and conductor were both friendly and lovely. I didn't interact with them much, but that's my personal feeling + The dinner food was varied, the seasoning was subjective, I didn't find it very good, but it wasn't terrible either. I took the Quang Ngai - An Suong trip, and the bus stopped only 3 times (including dinner) for passengers to use the restroom. The nice thing is that when we were near the dinner stop, there was an announcement over the loudspeaker. The loudspeaker said it would stop for 30 minutes, but it only stopped for about 25 minutes, probably because all the passengers had already boarded. In short, my first time riding this bus and I will definitely ride again if I have the chance.

The driver and the bus conductor are very nice. Yesterday, it was raining. I sat in the car waiting for Thanh Trung bus to arrive. The bus conductor called me and told me to stay in the car and brought me an umbrella. Such a thoughtful action. When I got on the bus, he was afraid I would be cold and brought me a cotton blanket. Every time I got off the bus, he booked a Grab and Be to take me to my destination. They were super enthusiastic.
