Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

The staff were lovely, and the bus was lovely too 😂 It was new, clean, and had Pikachu decorations all over it. Each bed even had a long Pikachu plushie to hug 🤣 The pink pig-patterned blankets would be a hit with kids. This was the first time I'd seen a bus company provide toothbrushes. Two elderly people boarded the bus and the staff even escorted them to their seats to assist them; overall, it was very thoughtful.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. Additionally, the company should display the Wi-Fi password inside the bus for easy access. I will continue to support this bus company in the future!

The place is a bit small for big people, but it can still lie down. The driver is very gentle and cute. The car runs very smoothly. Good amenities hihi

The staff was very enthusiastic and courteous, calling to ask again about the pick-up point and pick-up time. The drivers are very pleasant and do not smoke in the car like other car companies. Love the drivers because I can't breathe when I smell of cigarettes. The car is beautiful, has its own lights that can turn on and off automatically when needed. Very clean, the car's glass is clean and clear, unlike other cars, where the glass is blurred due to water stains. Curtains create a very private feeling. There is a phone charging socket. People of 1m8 to 1m9 can lie comfortably. But it seems that the width of the glass row is a little smaller. The big minus point is that there is wifi but it cannot be used. I hope the bus company invests more in wifi. The car has up to 2 drivers and 1 waiter, a total team of 3 people, and they are well-trained to serve customers with standard service style. The time the car stops for passengers to go to the toilet is very reasonable, without feeling full. In general, it is only 50k higher but much more comfortable than other cars. Service exceeded expectations. True pictures, true service. Will recommend to friends

quý công ty nên: 1) kiểm tra và dán tem hành lý cho khách theo màu của từng chuyến tránh mất mát và nhầm chuyến khi tập kết hàng lên xe. vì mình có 2 chuyến sài gòn và cần thơ đợi chung 1 khung giờ, 1 địa điểm. vì là khách thân thiết của quý công ty nên rất hài lòng và tin tưởng. tuy nhiên rất mong muốn đội ngũ nhân viên anh chị em nhà xe cùng nhau cải thiện ngày một phát triển. 2) đồng nhất về cách giao tiếp và CSKH nhẹ nhàng, chu đáo nữa thì chắc chắn quy công ty là nhà xe được yêu thích và lựa chọn số 1 quy nhơn. rất cảm ơn quý anh chị em cty cũng như chị Thảo đã lắng nghe và tiếp nhận. I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.
