Our trip on the Kim Anh bus on 19th August was very comfortable. I was able to view the scenery because I had a window berth. My husband was comfortable but was in the middle row of berths so could not enjoy the scenery.

First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. But that's fine too!

The car scheduled to pick me up on time (5 hours before, 20 minutes before and when it was about to arrive) even though I didn't get on at the station. The wait staff does not make any distinction between customers booking offline and via the app. Satisfied with the trip 👍

Additional comments: Passengers should be fed on time, instead of feeding passengers from 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at night. Everything else is good 👍

- There are new and old cars, old cars are often damaged and are a bit more cramped - the driver + bus assistant are friendly and comfortable, enthusiastically call to report bus times - run on time/earlier, so leave 30 minutes early

According to my friend's opinion, the trip was quite good. This time my friend got to ride a limousine so it was quite private, unlike the first time I went for 450k but had to take a regular car. Thank you for the app and the bus company for a safe trip.
