First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. The bus leaves on time, the room has a bed so it feels very private. Sleep peacefully, the car runs very smoothly. The driver drove very calmly. The minus point is that when the bus driver arrives at the stops, he often doesn't announce it so the passengers don't know where to go (because the bus runs at night so the passengers sleep soundly).

We went by bus at 19:30 Danang - Nha Trang. The blue illuminated bus looks like a spaceship of the future. Super comfortable! If possible, take the top bunks, and in the middle of the cabin (at least the second row from the drivers, because they can smoke and chat the whole trip) and at least the second row from the toilet (it may smell). We had a clean, comfortable toilet, modern leather seats, and blankets. The driver drove moderately, did not honk excessively at night and did not brake sharply. We slept well) at 4:30 we arrived at the station near Nha Trang. There everyone was asked to get out, given their things and put into a Sprinter, which went to the center of Nha Trang. Due to the fact that this nuance with the transfer was not agreed upon in advance, it naturally raised many questions from passengers. But the drivers don't speak English. They only show you with gestures where to go)) And they literally forcefully transfer you into the sprinter so that you don’t get lost)
