⭐ 4.5/5 Thanks to the Vexere app, I had a pretty good trip with HK Buslines. The bus was luxurious with a private cabin for each passenger, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Vexere’s hotline worked efficiently and showed responsibility toward customers. Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. This was my first time booking a ticket through Vexere, and honestly, I didn’t quite know what to expect. But the whole experience turned out to be really smooth and pleasant. The trip from Da Nang to Da Lat on bus 43H-185.92 was excellent. The bus itself was very comfortable and impressively clean, which made a long journey much easier. The driving felt safe and professional throughout, and that alone already means a lot on these routes. I’d especially like to thank the drivers — they were attentive, polite, and clearly cared about the passengers’ comfort. It’s one of those details you don’t always notice at first, but it really shapes the whole experience. Also, big thanks to the teams at Vexere and Viet Lao Travel. They were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful, answering all my questions without any rush or irritation. That kind of support is rare and very appreciated. This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.
