Everything was better than any other similar experience before in 5 years in Vietnam. They called me, send me the correct and precise messages both on Zalo, Whatsapp and via email. Quite satisfied with this bus company. The bus arrived 15 minutes later than expected, but the bus company called to inform us in advance. When we got on the bus, we were quickly assigned a bed. The parking staff is quite funny and enthusiastic. There are drinking water and cold towels on the bus. Thanks garage, quite an interesting experience!
