Our trip on the Kim Anh bus on 19th August was very comfortable. I was able to view the scenery because I had a window berth. My husband was comfortable but was in the middle row of berths so could not enjoy the scenery.

First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. But that's fine too!

Additional comments: Passengers should be fed on time, instead of feeding passengers from 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at night. Everything else is good 👍

Xe Xe is very thoughtful, enthusiastic and friendly. 1. Pick up and drop off passengers on time 2. Drive safely and smoothly (don't lose traffic safety like other bus companies) 3. Always check all passengers and luggage every time you pick up and drop off passengers. 4. Especially in addition to bedding and other amenities, Hieu Khanh bus also has a pillow. 5. Most especially, passengers are also given a can of chilled bird's nest drink. Ok That's great, I will continue to book bus tickets for my next trips. According to my friend's opinion, the trip was quite good. This time my friend got to ride a limousine so it was quite private, unlike the first time I went for 450k but had to take a regular car. Thank you for the app and the bus company for a safe trip.
