As a foreigner not understanding much Vietnamese, it's a piece of mind that you won't be left behind when you go for your toilet/ meal break. Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I was very satisfied with my trip with My Duyen bus company. The bus was new, clean, the sleeping berths were comfortable and thoroughly cleaned. This trip does not pick up passengers along the way so the car is comfortable.
