I was very satisfied with my trip with My Duyen bus company. The bus was new, clean, the sleeping berths were comfortable and thoroughly cleaned. Especially noteworthy was the free door-to-door transfer service, which was very convenient and had no extra cost. The staff and drivers were very enthusiastic, friendly, and provided attentive support to passengers. The trip was safe and on time. The bus leaves on time, the room has a bed so it feels very private. Sleep peacefully, the car runs very smoothly. The driver drove very calmly. The minus point is that when the bus driver arrives at the stops, he often doesn't announce it so the passengers don't know where to go (because the bus runs at night so the passengers sleep soundly).

I took the bus from Long Thanh to Can Tho, departing on time, smooth journey, polite staff, steady driver really made me feel secure and satisfied. The journey was thousands of miles but my heart was not troubled. Dedicated service, serious manner, rare in this time of rushing for money. Society is in chaos. The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

I was away for a day, but the garage still kept the two lower seats and the car ran fine

The staff were lovely. My husband and I went with our two young children. We were a little slow in arranging our time at the restaurant, but the staff were very understanding!
