I booked a car and went for the first time, the car was clean and comfortable, had a TV charging port, very private curtains. The staff had a good attitude, talked nicely, and was super clean. The price was reasonable.

The bus was clean, although the sleeping berths were a bit small. The bus company was professional, and the price was 260k VND from Saigon to Da Lat. The travel time was exactly as scheduled. The driver was professional. The experience of booking through the Vexere app was also very good; when purchasing an additional ticket, a staff member on Zalo provided support within 10 minutes. The driver would make sure all of his customers are back into the bus before he takes off. The minus point is that when the bus driver arrives at the stops, he often doesn't announce it so the passengers don't know where to go (because the bus runs at night so the passengers sleep soundly).
