I took the bus from Long Thanh to Can Tho, departing on time, smooth journey, polite staff, steady driver really made me feel secure and satisfied. The journey was thousands of miles but my heart was not troubled. Dedicated service, serious manner, rare in this time of rushing for money. Society is in chaos. Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Overall, I feel secure when using this bus company's service, and will support and recommend this bus company's service to my relatives.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

The staff were lovely. My husband and I went with our two young children. We were a little slow in arranging our time at the restaurant, but the staff were very understanding!
