Time and accuracy: The bus departs on time and arrives at BMT on time as committed. 4. Price: I feel the price of the bus service is very reasonable and consistent with the quality and amenities provided. 5. Service attitude: Staff and drivers are very enthusiastic, thoughtful and respectful of customers. I feel very comfortable and satisfied with the services they provide. Their services fully met my needs and I will use their services in the future if I have the opportunity.

First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. It's arranged in the correct location and returned to the right place where the customer registered. I hope the garage is always reputable and enthusiastic to have more customers

Very good service, the bus company picks up and drops off passengers at the correct address, first time riding without incurring additional Grab costs. Enthusiastic staff. Suggestion: The bus company needs to interact more with customers via App or Zalo or phone messages so that passengers can feel secure, especially those who book tickets via the App. Thank you very much, I'll book again next time

I will definitely use their service again if I have the chance, but I won't buy tickets through the cheap bus app again because it hides the behavior of the Dalat bus company on my previous trip. My 1-star review was rejected with the reason "the bus company has already handled the issue with the customer," even though I am the customer and my experience says it has been handled. Who handled it?? I don't know, so I still bought tickets this time. After this, my entire company will permanently delete the cheap bus app because of this terrible handling. We will also write reviews on various platforms about my experience with both Dalat and the cheap bus company. Thank you.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. Xe Xe is very thoughtful, enthusiastic and friendly. 1. Pick up and drop off passengers on time 2. Drive safely and smoothly (don't lose traffic safety like other bus companies) 3. Always check all passengers and luggage every time you pick up and drop off passengers. 4. Especially in addition to bedding and other amenities, Hieu Khanh bus also has a pillow. 5. The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
