I booked my bus ticket through the app. The bus conductor called to confirm the pick-up point the day before. An hour before the trip, they called again to confirm the pick-up point. The Vexere app accurately updated the conductor's phone number, license plate number, and bus location. Dinner cost 50k VND per person. The seats were comfortable, and there was water and plenty of power outlets for both USB and Type-C cables.

The ride was great, and the driver was very helpful. There were clean, fragrant blankets and pillows. The mattresses were massage-style. The trip was on time, and everyone got their assigned seat.
