The service attitude was excellent. As soon as I booked the ticket, the staff called to confirm, I changed the route and got 10,000 back right at the station. The best thing was the driver picked me up from Tan Son Nhat airport to 508 Kinh Duong Vuong to get on the bus, it was pouring rain in Saigon but he still picked me up on time, drove very carefully. The bus ran fast and on time. The driver and the conductor were friendly. I was late but they still waited patiently for me. However, I learned my lesson and don't lie down anymore. It's so painful to have motion sickness while lying down.
