Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I took the bus from Long Thanh to Can Tho, departing on time, smooth journey, polite staff, steady driver really made me feel secure and satisfied. The journey was thousands of miles but my heart was not troubled. Dedicated service, serious manner, rare in this time of rushing for money. Society is in chaos. Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Overall, I feel secure when using this bus company's service, and will support and recommend this bus company's service to my relatives.

We left from Dalat and went to Chau Duc. Getting to the bus as foreigners was more complicated than we wanted. But the bus assistant called us and sent the location. Then he personally walked to help us. It was an interesting first time on a sleeper bus with two young children. We were uncertain when the bus would stop for a break or food. I was surprised when we stopped at midnight in Can Tho and everyone got off and ate some food. When our stop came they woke us up and made sure we were ready. Overall it was a good experience. They have a pillow and blanket on each bed and there was enough room for 1 adult and 1 child comfortably.

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

We booked tickets without paying for the Nha Trang-Da Nang journey (which is very convenient if you don't have a foreign card to pay with). We arrived at the bus station (the departure point was indicated on the ticket), and they printed our tickets for us at the ticket counter. We also decided to buy tickets for the return journey directly at the counter, as the price was the same in the app. We first took a minibus to the meeting point, and then transferred to the sleep bus itself. I recommend bringing a warm sweater or a thin jacket/vest, as it was occasionally chilly, and the blankets were old, but they were available. USB ports for charging your phone worked, and there was toilet paper and toilet paper. Everything was quite clean. We traveled back from Da Nang (Da Nang bus station, Terminal B2, Exit 8) on a different type of bus with three rows of reclining seats. It's less spacious, but still quite comfortable and much better than an 8-10 hour ride sitting down. We also stopped near Nha Trang and were then taken to the station by a small bus. They also transport packages during the trip, and there may be stops. I recommend this company and book VIP seats.
