The staff were lovely, and the bus was lovely too 😂 It was new, clean, and had Pikachu decorations all over it. Each bed even had a long Pikachu plushie to hug 🤣 The pink pig-patterned blankets would be a hit with kids. This was the first time I'd seen a bus company provide toothbrushes. Two elderly people boarded the bus and the staff even escorted them to their seats to assist them; overall, it was very thoughtful.

Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

We are very happy with out 8.5 hour journey yesterday. The bus driver was extremely good . Our seats were comfortable and clean with water and hand wipe provided. Fantastic food stop . Good amount of toilet breaks. The only thing I would recommend to improve is to allow foreign payment cards when booking on the app.

The ride was quiet, the driver didn't smoke, didn't swear, didn't raise his voice, and I felt great. Well, the bus arrives at the bus station at 7:30 a.m., 1 hour earlier than expected on the website. The bus also has a transfer service within Quang Ngai city. At the station, the guys at the bus station will ask me where to transfer. If not, I can proactively register. The car is new, clean, fragrant, I like it very much. There are also many cute teddy bears hanging on the car 😁

Sitting in the back of the last sleeper bus with a girl sleeping together was great 🤣, the bus conductor was enthusiastic with a rustic Phu Yen accent. The bus was ok and cheap.

I frequently travel by car. I've previously used the Quang Ngai - Bao Loc route with Xuan Hai bus company, and now I use the Ho Chi Minh City - Quang Ngai route and vice versa. I've traveled with many bus companies, but today I found the ride very smooth. The beds have comfortable mattresses and pillows, perfect for long journeys, and I slept very well. The pick-up and drop-off times were exactly as shown on the app. I hope the bus company maintains this quality.
