Everything is fine. The bus is on time and on schedule. The staff is generally good, no questions. The bus is good, it can be much worse. By the way, this is the first bus, and even a three-row one, in which I was able to stretch out to my full height, and for my almost 2 meters this is not a trivial task, so a separate OK for this. We arrived in Ho Chi Minh an hour earlier than planned, also OK. In general, I don’t know what the users who are crying about “the worst experience in their lives” are unhappy with. My experience with the company is positive. They gave me a ticket, put me in a seat, left point A on time, arrived at point B on time. They weren’t rude, they smiled, I personally don’t need more. It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks.
