First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

The sleeper bus to BMT was comfortable, more space than what I experienced before, bottle of water a blanket and a pillow included. AC was set to a good temperature. We left on time and arrived 30mins earlier than expected. Driver was great compared to other ones in Vietnam! Not too much honking, no loud music or other noises and driving felt safe so it was easy to sleep. I'm glad I booked through Vexere and had the bus gps location and plate number because I had to search around the bus station to find it which is a Da Lat bus station problem (not all buses are up on the information board), not the company.

First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. But that's fine too!

According to my friend's opinion, the trip was quite good. This time my friend got to ride a limousine so it was quite private, unlike the first time I went for 450k but had to take a regular car. Thank you for the app and the bus company for a safe trip.

The garage is new but very enthusiastic and thoughtful. I will continue to support. I have new options when traveling on the Eakar - SG route. I hope the garage will grow and become known to many customers and always improve service quality.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.

Additional comments: Passengers should be fed on time, instead of feeding passengers from 4:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at night. Everything else is good 👍

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Overall, I feel secure when using this bus company's service, and will support and recommend this bus company's service to my relatives.

Xe Xe is very thoughtful, enthusiastic and friendly. 1. Pick up and drop off passengers on time 2. Drive safely and smoothly (don't lose traffic safety like other bus companies) 3. Always check all passengers and luggage every time you pick up and drop off passengers. 4. Especially in addition to bedding and other amenities, Hieu Khanh bus also has a pillow. 5.
