I took the Be Ha bus for the first time, going to Phu Yen and back to BMT within 5 days. I found the Call Center and Reception Office staff enthusiastic and friendly. The drivers and service were very good and attentive. The good point is that there is a shuttle bus in Tuy Hoa City. The shuttle driver was very funny and enthusiastic in helping customers put their luggage on the bus as well as picking them up on time. I hope the bus company will serve better and have more customers.

First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

This sleeper bus is much better than the others. A bit more expensive, but worth it. Plenty of space between passengers, a large, comfortable bed, two bottles of water at your seat, and air conditioning right at your seat that you can turn on and off. Friendly staff and a quiet driver. A power outlet to charge your phone and Wi-Fi (though the connection isn't always reliable).

I would like to share a little bit about my real experience when traveling with Minh Thao bus company, the drivers and bus company are super cute and everyone likes it, especially creating the best conditions for customers. 10 points is not available but <333333333333

I left my phone on the bus and the bus company returned it to me 💙💙 Everyone was cheerful, enthusiastic, and lovely.
