(Because I was afraid I got a wrong place and asked Vietnamese on the cafe to call the driver to confirm whether the location I was is correct or not. Even, twice… Hahahaaa)

Going on the 4th so it wasn't too crowded, it was ok so book a 24-seat limousine for more space.

This garage impressed me the most with the driver and the bus assistant. The first time I took An Phu bus from Quy Nhon to Khanh Hoa, I found the service attentive. In addition to drinking water, each person is also served a box of soy milk. The bed is soft, the pillows are also soft, the bus company also carefully hangs a small basket on each bed to hold drink bottles to avoid falling. Drive safely, do not speed and overtake recklessly. Although there are many empty seats during the ride, the bus only picks up passengers who have booked in advance, not outside passengers (with the amount of money spent on such a route, it's very good).

The bus ran fast and on time. The driver and the conductor were friendly. I was late but they still waited patiently for me. However, I learned my lesson and don't lie down anymore. It's so painful to have motion sickness while lying down.

We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

Personal assessment: The car does not drive recklessly, a bit slow but safe, does not have a car smell, picks up and parks quickly

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. The bus departed from the bus station in Da Nang and stood in sector B. Always in touch, you could call and find out how to find it. Quite comfortable and private places. There is a dry toilet. There were no long stops along the way for breaks. Overall everything is great.

Big bus, this place has a very punctual bus, so if you're late, you have to grab yourself to the big bus (like Binh Phuoc intersection). - The shuttle bus took me to the gas station on Highway 13 to wait for the big car to pick me up. I waited about 30 minutes. There is a broken rice restaurant next door. If you haven't had dinner yet, you can stop by and eat while waiting for the bus. At around 6:45 p.m., the bus arrived, so we got on the bus and slept. - Driver, skip the bus: I think he's quite polite and cute. Get in the car and read the last 3 digits of your phone and he'll lead you back to the place to sleep. We all give out wet towels (10 points), early in the morning we give out disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. Well, there are 2 more 500ml bottles of mineral water in the car. The ride was quiet, the driver didn't smoke, didn't swear, didn't raise his voice, and I felt great. Well, the bus arrives at the bus station at 7:30 a.m., 1 hour earlier than expected on the website. The bus also has a transfer service within Quang Ngai city. At the station, the guys at the bus station will ask me where to transfer. If not, I can proactively register. The car is new, clean, fragrant, I like it very much. There are also many cute teddy bears hanging on the car 😁
