Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. Tu Tien provided a very good, safe and comfortable service. The information given about where the bus was and the calls from the staff on the bus before pick up proved to be invaluable. The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
