Overall, even if I go to Saigon, I still support the bus company.

The best thing was the driver picked me up from Tan Son Nhat airport to 508 Kinh Duong Vuong to get on the bus, it was pouring rain in Saigon but he still picked me up on time, drove very carefully. First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. The car is comfortable, convenient, has a type C charging port for iPhone, the air conditioner is very cool and the car is equipped with blankets and mineral water. The driver and the bus conductor are friendly and pleasant. The bus picks up a bit later than the time on the app, so if you are afraid of missing your flight, you should book an earlier trip to avoid delays. I recommend everyone to try this car once.

We slept well) at 4:30 we arrived at the station near Nha Trang. There everyone was asked to get out, given their things and put into a Sprinter, which went to the center of Nha Trang. Due to the fact that this nuance with the transfer was not agreed upon in advance, it naturally raised many questions from passengers. But the drivers don't speak English. They only show you with gestures where to go)) And they literally forcefully transfer you into the sprinter so that you don’t get lost)
