Big bus, this place has a very punctual bus, so if you're late, you have to grab yourself to the big bus (like Binh Phuoc intersection). - The shuttle bus took me to the gas station on Highway 13 to wait for the big car to pick me up. I waited about 30 minutes. There is a broken rice restaurant next door. If you haven't had dinner yet, you can stop by and eat while waiting for the bus. At around 6:45 p.m., the bus arrived, so we got on the bus and slept. - Driver, skip the bus: I think he's quite polite and cute. Get in the car and read the last 3 digits of your phone and he'll lead you back to the place to sleep. When I got off the bus, there was a parking attendant standing by to give me wet towels. Every time I stopped to go to the bathroom, I felt comfortable. We all give out wet towels (10 points), early in the morning we give out disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. Well, there are 2 more 500ml bottles of mineral water in the car. The ride was quiet, the driver didn't smoke, didn't swear, didn't raise his voice, and I felt great. Well, the bus arrives at the bus station at 7:30 a.m., 1 hour earlier than expected on the website. The bus also has a transfer service within Quang Ngai city. At the station, the guys at the bus station will ask me where to transfer. If not, I can proactively register. The car is new, clean, fragrant, I like it very much. There are also many cute teddy bears hanging on the car 😁

The garage is very thoughtful. I'm in Phu Yen and take the 9pm flight, the bus company has bread and milk ready for passengers (+1 super big point). Call before pick up time (about half an hour). Staff are also very polite and attentive. A big plus is that the after-service is super good. When I arrived in the morning, in the afternoon someone from the bus company contacted me to ask about the experience and service to improve better. The place is also very clean and comfortable. However, because I get car sick, I'm quite sensitive to smells. I hope the bus company can arrange some hanging bags of ginger, lemongrass, or something to make the smell in the car more pleasant. This review has no seeding or advertising, so anyone who is considering experiencing this garage should try it, don't hesitate. A small note for tall people: if possible, you should choose the beds in front. Last day I went because I had no other choice so I slept in the last bed which is a bit short for my height. But it's still quite comfortable, I just think the front bed will be a little more comfortable.

I'm evaluating while I'm still on the roller coaster. This was the first time I went to Quy Nhon and I booked Tai Phat car dealership because the reviews on the app were quite good and the quality really exceeded my expectations. I bought a double bed and it was just enough for 2 people. The garage staff must be said to be super enthusiastic and cute. Before the trip, I called the switchboard and the employee who assisted me spoke super gently and cheerfully. When we get on the shuttle bus and get on the big car, they always help us carry our suitcases. On the bus, there are free cakes and milk for passengers and also prepare motion sickness medicine, slippers, blankets, pillows and especially hug pillows. But we have to rate the garage 10 stars to be enough!!!

Through a friend's recommendation, this was the first time I experienced the Dung Thuy bus trip. It was wonderful. The car was new and beautiful. The driver and bus assistant talked happily and humorously. Picked up passengers on time and dropped off passengers at the right point. Truly excellent, millions of likes. The bus runs on time, does not make customers wait long. The car is clean, the ride is a bit shocking, there is a place to charge your phone super fast. You guys are enthusiastic and thoughtful. From Tay Son to Quy Nhon, the ride is quite far but the quality is ok compared to the general price.

The driver and the bus conductor are very nice. Yesterday, it was raining. I sat in the car waiting for Thanh Trung bus to arrive. The bus conductor called me and told me to stay in the car and brought me an umbrella. Such a thoughtful action. When I got on the bus, he was afraid I would be cold and brought me a cotton blanket. Every time I got off the bus, he booked a Grab and Be to take me to my destination. They were super enthusiastic. I have used many snow buses from Khanh Hoa to SG, but this bus has the best experience. I bought tickets for my parents to go, and they couldn't stop praising me. Thank you Thanh Trung bus company.

A great experience with a new bus company that you should refer to: + The staff and driver called to confirm 2-3 times, so you can rest assured + The driver picked me up on time, I waited for only 10 minutes and the bus picked me up, not 30 minutes or 1 hour before calling + The bus is new, classy, fragrant and especially I really like the blankets and pillows on the bus. Normally, leather pillows make my neck hurt when lying down, but here, the bus company changed all the pillows to extremely soft feather pillows. + The bed is extremely wide, there is a hook to hang slippers on top so my feet don't get tangled like other buses I've been on + The driver and bus assistant enthusiastically supported me with pick-up and drop-off questions, very enthusiastic and gentle + There are also water, cold towels on the bus.
