It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. The driver would make sure all of his customers are back into the bus before he takes off. As a foreigner not understanding much Vietnamese, it's a piece of mind that you won't be left behind when you go for your toilet/ meal break. Saving you from having to wake up from the bus trip, still half dreaming and looking and bargaining for a taxi trip to your hotel.

I booked a car and went for the first time, the car was clean and comfortable, had a TV charging port, very private curtains. The staff had a good attitude, talked nicely, and was super clean. The price was reasonable.

We had a good comfortable ride. The honking of the bus was a bit annoing because it was that loud but all in all a good experience

The car was old but everything was still working well. Newer models would have in-car charging or massage functions, which would be more convenient for passengers. In particular, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Trung (or Chung), the driver of my 4 PM trip on April 19th, 2026, for his enthusiastic help in retrieving my phone and wallet that I had left behind at the Cao Thang office, as well as the staff from both the Saigon and Can Tho offices. Their help was genuine and heartfelt, not superficial. When I received my belongings back at 11 PM, they were in a box, carefully wrapped, shockproof, and properly labeled. Get on the big bus and depart on time, with each stop lasting 30-45 minutes. When you arrive at Gia Rai station, there is a shuttle bus waiting to take you there. This trip does not pick up passengers along the way so the car is comfortable.

The journey ran very well. The driver and the steward were very accommodating, helping us get to our correct destination. A minivan at the end dropped us to our hotel door. Great 👍🏻
