Actually this is my second time to take the MPV bus in Vietnam, my experience is very good, the driver come to my place to pick me up with a little bit late but no more than 10 minutes, and the time we arrived at Mong Cai are very on time, very suitable for a four hours trip. The driver was quite punctual, picking me up at around 8:30 and 8:40. The bus is very spacious and comfortable with one seat per person. The whole journey was high speed and there were no random stops. The driver and the bus owner can speak Chinese, and if you have any questions, you can just call the owner to ask, so it is very comfortable.

Hmm, the car is new, the air conditioning is cold, so if you can't stand the cold, remember to use a thick blanket to keep warm. The driver drove quite smoothly, but every time he talked on the phone it was quite loud, causing me to wake up in the fog about 2-3 times during the trip but still slept well (luckily I'm fat so I easily wake up and fall asleep). The garage should install a curtain or plastic screen to separate the passenger from the driver, with shelters for both sides. In general, I am very sympathetic to this bus company, so if I go anywhere in Ha Long, I still choose to return to this bus company.
