The staff were lovely, and the bus was lovely too 😂 It was new, clean, and had Pikachu decorations all over it. Each bed even had a long Pikachu plushie to hug 🤣 The pink pig-patterned blankets would be a hit with kids. This was the first time I'd seen a bus company provide toothbrushes. Two elderly people boarded the bus and the staff even escorted them to their seats to assist them; overall, it was very thoughtful.

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. If they do, please tell them to contact me at my phone number, and I'll assist them. My number ends in 666, the trip was from the university to Nha Trang on January 16th. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love. But sleeping alone in a double room means every time the bus turns a corner, it's a disaster! I don't travel by bus often, but it's enough to give it a 10/10.

Very good experience. The bed is spacious, has a pillow, a night light, and a lamp in the room for reading. The bed sheets and blankets are very clean and tidy. The car is comfortable and runs smoothly. The driver and staff are also friendly and polite. There is a shuttle bus to Tuy Hoa city center, which is very convenient. The ticket price is reasonable. Sitting in the back of the last sleeper bus with a girl sleeping together was great 🤣, the bus conductor was enthusiastic with a rustic Phu Yen accent. The bus was ok and cheap.

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. The car is very nice and clean. The seat has headphones. The car also has double seats with a membrane separating the two double cabins at the end of the car. The driver and staff are very friendly, comfortable and humorous.

The staff's attitude and service are very good. The charging sockets are complete with both USB and USB type C. However, the first stop is a small roadside restaurant with a slightly run-down restroom, so it feels a bit strange. The rest is ok. I went to Mien Tay bus station and the box arrived at Thu Duc area to deliver to my family, the bus company noted everything and delivered it for me. If I travel from Saigon to Quy Nhon, I will still choose this bus company. 5 stars.

The staff was very enthusiastic and courteous, calling to ask again about the pick-up point and pick-up time. The drivers are very pleasant and do not smoke in the car like other car companies. Love the drivers because I can't breathe when I smell of cigarettes. The car is beautiful, has its own lights that can turn on and off automatically when needed. Very clean, the car's glass is clean and clear, unlike other cars, where the glass is blurred due to water stains. Curtains create a very private feeling. There is a phone charging socket. People of 1m8 to 1m9 can lie comfortably. But it seems that the width of the glass row is a little smaller. The big minus point is that there is wifi but it cannot be used. I hope the bus company invests more in wifi. The car has up to 2 drivers and 1 waiter, a total team of 3 people, and they are well-trained to serve customers with standard service style. The time the car stops for passengers to go to the toilet is very reasonable, without feeling full. In general, it is only 50k higher but much more comfortable than other cars. I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.

Normally, leather pillows make my neck hurt when lying down, but here, the bus company changed all the pillows to extremely soft feather pillows. + The bed is extremely wide, there is a hook to hang slippers on top so my feet don't get tangled like other buses I've been on + The driver and bus assistant enthusiastically supported me with pick-up and drop-off questions, very enthusiastic and gentle + There are also water, cold towels on the bus. When arriving at the station, the driver thoughtfully prepared more cold towels at the stop. 10 points for the sophistication of the bus company.
