The driver on the 1:30 PM trip on January 6th from Phan Thiet to Bao Loc was very enthusiastic, drove safely, and was on time. I was seated in my reserved seat, so I felt comfortable and happy. The driver proactively chatted with friends on the phone to keep his spirits up while driving, and he didn't talk too loudly, so I found it normal. He stopped to concentrate on sections requiring focus, like mountain roads. The driver also proactively arranged a Grab ride for me to pick me up, and I paid the fare myself. I'm not sure if there was any assistance, but the fee was a few tens of thousands of dong, so I didn't bother asking. The car was quite clean, comfortable, and didn't have a strong odor.
