This was our first time using the services of this company. The quality is good relative to the price. The seats are clean, the seats are lowered to a reclining position, a bottle of free water (charging was working on one side of the journey, but on the same bus in the opposite direction it may have been turned off.). In one direction the bus was delayed for an hour, in the opposite direction it arrived on time. Air conditioning is strong (if you are worried about your health, take warm clothes). Sometimes people take seats right in the aisles. We bought the ticket in advance through Vexere and paid at Winmart. Very comfortably. (We drove along the route Nha Trang - Ngoc Hoi and then back on the same day)

We booked tickets without paying for the Nha Trang-Da Nang journey (which is very convenient if you don't have a foreign card to pay with). We arrived at the bus station (the departure point was indicated on the ticket), and they printed our tickets for us at the ticket counter. I recommend bringing a warm sweater or a thin jacket/vest, as it was occasionally chilly, and the blankets were old, but they were available. USB ports for charging your phone worked, and there was toilet paper and toilet paper. Everything was quite clean. We traveled back from Da Nang (Da Nang bus station, Terminal B2, Exit 8) on a different type of bus with three rows of reclining seats.
