I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

Currently there are only double beds, reading reviews, I see that people rate the bed poorly, the driver's attitude and having to wait for slow transfers or refusing to transfer to the hotel requested by the customer. It sounds a bit hesitant, but I still decided to try it again. First, the bus ticket is cheaper than other Limousine companies and also has a discount code. After booking, the staff calls to confirm immediately and the app/email is very updated. regularly, in detail. On the day of departure, NV called back to set a specific time. The car's GPS worked very well, helping me arrive close to time without having to wait long. The trip departed 30 minutes earlier than expected. The room is clean and fully furnished, cakes, mineral water, cold towels and blankets as advertised, the massage machine works well. The room for 2 people with a weight of about 120kg fits well, not too wide, anyone who is bigger probably won't be comfortable. That's it. The driver and assistant spoke very kindly. Ask me where to transfer to. There is a one-time stop for guests to use the restroom. At 5:30, we arrived in Dalat. Even though it was just an empty lot, there were already several shuttle buses waiting, so we didn't have to wait long, each carrying a few groups of passengers going in one direction. Where I live about 5-6km away, I still enthusiastically brought them to me. However, the shuttle bus was so terrible, it felt like a roller coaster 😅. In short, it was a very satisfying experience. At first, when I saw many 1-star reviews, I was a bit worried, not knowing whether to go or not because everyone criticized the car very badly such as: "always late, torn rubber seats, dirty and smelly blankets, rude drivers, ... ", but I still decided to try booking a ticket to experience and was completely surprised by the quality of the car. The car departed on time, before that, the operator contacted me to remind me of the trip schedule and license plate number, in addition, there was a free transfer within a 15km radius. The driver was very funny and polite, the car was new, the toilet was clean, the blanket was very fragrant. 2 people lay comfortably (I am 1m50 - 55kg and my friend is 1m73 - 70kg). The car ran smoothly. The bus conductor was also very gentle and cute, when the car arrived at the stop and I didn't know, he asked us "Are you two going home here, the car has arrived at the stop" 😭. This is my real experience of the first time riding Thanh Binh Xanh's DOUBLE BED bus, I am extremely satisfied, with 10⭐️ I will also rate again, will continue to support TBX if I have the opportunity to go somewhere. I think the 1 ⭐️ rating is for the SINGLE BED bus, or that is the old driver, now the bus has accepted feedback and improved the quality better so everyone should try it (SINGLE BED bus) I have not tried it so I don't know but DOUBLE BED is worth trying with a ticket price of only 480K for 2 people. My trip was DL - BD 00559, if anyone goes on the same trip with me, can give a general rating so everyone knows the real quality of the bus. Thank you to the car company and the driver for giving me a great experience. I wish the driver a safe journey and that the car company continues to improve and develop 🫶🏻

Oh my god, this is the first time in my life that a driver stopped to buy me a cup of hot ginger tea because I have heart disease and asthma and get very car sick! It's been more than 7 years since I last took Futa. The new Kim Long 34-seat fleet is better, not as stuffy as the Futa 34-seat bus in 2018. The bus runs smoothly, I slept all the way to my destination. No need to print a ticket. Just give the QR code to the attendant to scan and get on the bus. The bus runs on time. The transfer in HCM is quite convenient (luckily there is a transfer point right in front of my house in HCM). There is a slight minus point that the slippers for passengers to change into when getting off the bus are quite dirty, the bus company should clean it to look better.
