I took the Be Ha bus for the first time, going to Phu Yen and back to BMT within 5 days. I found the Call Center and Reception Office staff enthusiastic and friendly. The drivers and service were very good and attentive. The good point is that there is a shuttle bus in Tuy Hoa City. The shuttle driver was very funny and enthusiastic in helping customers put their luggage on the bus as well as picking them up on time. I hope the bus company will serve better and have more customers.

I hope the bus company invests more in wifi. The car has up to 2 drivers and 1 waiter, a total team of 3 people, and they are well-trained to serve customers with standard service style. The time the car stops for passengers to go to the toilet is very reasonable, without feeling full. In general, it is only 50k higher but much more comfortable than other cars. The driver is friendly, the car is new, and he drives safely.
