My bus was filled with mostly older people, so when I breathed in, I felt a bit of an old person's smell. When I got off the bus, my drop-off point was originally planned to be Nga 3 Soi (Nha Trang) and I took a Grab, but the bus stopped. He guided me down here, no ghost dared to take me (because this is the area of the underground motorbike taxi force, people playing candy cane...) The car was running smoothly and the garage was very enthusiastic. They arrived 15 minutes late and told me the bus was still waiting. Hi, when I ordered the car, I had 1 more day to get in. Someone in the car would call and call so many times, I was afraid of being scammed, oh my God ((( Because the car was hong kong). It's parked at the station, so when we get to the station, someone will come pick us up and take us to the bus. This part I thought I'd been scammed. Episode 2 was so confused. It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.
