This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. The garage is very thoughtful. I'm in Phu Yen and take the 9pm flight, the bus company has bread and milk ready for passengers (+1 super big point). Call before pick up time (about half an hour). Staff are also very polite and attentive. A big plus is that the after-service is super good. When I arrived in the morning, in the afternoon someone from the bus company contacted me to ask about the experience and service to improve better. The place is also very clean and comfortable. However, because I get car sick, I'm quite sensitive to smells. I hope the bus company can arrange some hanging bags of ginger, lemongrass, or something to make the smell in the car more pleasant. This review has no seeding or advertising, so anyone who is considering experiencing this garage should try it, don't hesitate. A small note for tall people: if possible, you should choose the beds in front. Last day I went because I had no other choice so I slept in the last bed which is a bit short for my height. But it's still quite comfortable, I just think the front bed will be a little more comfortable.

We bought plane tickets and booked a hotel separately. Transfer was not included. Based on reviews, the vexere service was recommended. We reserved seats with payment to the driver. The driver met you at the indicated location (Ho Chi Minh City airport) and took you directly to the hotel (Bamboo village). Along the way there was a stop for a snack and a restroom. Guests must register for 4G data themselves to use it. Note to register in advance. The car drove fast for exactly 6 hours and arrived at SG. Even though it was behind the 20:05 vs 20:00 trip, the driver drove fast so he overtook the other two cars. The bus does not have a toilet, so you should go to the toilet below first. The bus does not stop to use the toilet, only the driver stops to rest and does not wake up passengers to go to the toilet, but the bus travels on the entire highway so it is not possible. You can stop on the highway for passengers, so be careful. The bus has 41 beds so there are no curtains and the bed is tight. You should not bring a backpack on the bus because it will take up all the leg room. The short bed is not suitable for people over 1m75 tall. In short, with the cheapest price on the market today at 219k, you can't ask for anything more, so you should go.
