I want to say a big thank you to the bus drivers. we arrived from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang earlier than planned (which was very nice) and also the drivers were very friendly. especially one of the drivers (unfortunately I don't know his name). we were treated to free water and there was a toilet on the bus. when the bus stopped along the way, it was a very good place...unlike what we saw in other companies on different routes. Departure schedule is 9:30 a.m. but departure is also 9:35 a.m. - 9:40 a.m. At noon around 12:30, I landed at the Alo restaurant stop so I could rest and eat. I also whispered to the hotline staff that it was my first time going alone to a far away place and going to a wedding. I also gave the garage the address of the wedding restaurant. So 10 minutes later, the bus company called me back and arranged for me to get off the bus as close to the restaurant as possible. Honestly, I never thought there would be such an enthusiastic and attentive car company. The bus departed at 10:15 p.m., I was at the bus station at 10:50 p.m. As soon as I took my suitcase out of the taxi, a guy ran over to support me and quickly put my suitcase in the car's tunnel, while I dressed up and got in the car. My bed is on top, I haven't climbed a bunk bed in a long time so I'm a bit lost ^^ But surprisingly, from behind a woman's voice came, "Brother, let me help you". The bus stopped at Xuan Hung station, the food was delicious, sitting in groups was like having a party and eating many dishes, more fun and delicious. Meal prices are included in the ticket price. My partner left her straw hat on the bus that arrived today into your HQ in the city (the bus left Mui Ne at 11.10 this morning - but had to stop for 45 minutes to have one of the bus tyres fixed. The straw hat has a black "band" around it - ad also a black bow at the back of it. We were sat in seats 11 & 12 on the bus. This is not so important - but we just thought we would check to see if by chance you may have found it - and possibly kept it in your office! To say that there are many routes that run safely and have private rooms, probably only kumho has them. But the car is running a bit slow. I heard the driver (now too old to transfer to the bus station) say that it's not like racing like other cars, so it's slow, partly because it hurts the car. .
