My first time in a overnight bus: seats were clean and quite comfortable, blankets were provided but a bit dirty. Seats are made for people smaller than 1,80m, i was not able to straighten mylegs compleatly. There were several stops for peeing and one stop for food, which had really good stuff for only 50k.

The new car is clean, the seats are super comfortable, especially the pillows are attached to the bed with an adhesive so they can be removed, suitable for people who can't sleep on high pillows like me. Sleep well from the moment you get on the bus until the next morning. The bus attendant was also enthusiastic when I asked for information, and when I arrived at the stop, I was not urged to get off the bus immediately. The only minus point is that the width of both sides of the bed is slightly curved, so it's a bit tight for my friend (68kg 1m7, not a big fat person), so for fatter people it will be tight.

Taking this bus, I found the service to be good, the driver was safe, the car was quieter than other cars, the bus driver was very thoughtful and reminded me to go to bed early 🤣 10/10, the shuttle bus was also very enthusiastic, wait and carried our luggage for us, the driver also waited for me to finish going to the bathroom before leaving, not in a hurry to scold passengers like other cars, so let's go to mn, the cabin is also very spacious, people of 8 and 9 can sleep comfortably. I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate.
