I have used other transfer companies service also but this one was the best one. Because they took me from the location A and left me on the location B which were shown on my tickets. ( the other company also promised me that they will take me from place A and will bring to place B but they didn't) The ride was comfortable and in good quality. I will choose then next place. The ride was amazing, they picked me up from point A and left me at point B. As it was indicated on the tickets. clean and comfortable. I have used the services of other companies but they always did not fulfill their promise that they will pick me up and take me to where you indicate.

Here’s my honest review of my experience traveling with this company from Hanoi to Danang. The Good: • Immaculate cleanliness: The bus was impressively clean, and they are very strict about maintaining this standard – eating is not allowed on board. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a focus on cleanliness in Vietnam. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.

To be honest, I was little bit scared after seeing mixed reviews here but it turned our pretty good. We went from Nha Trang to Hoi An, bus was there 20-30min earlier but staff informed us about it 30 minutes before it. The staff inside with the driver were really nice, they helped us with our bags and gave us free water and small snack. The cabin was clean with blanket and alright in space even for me (184 cm). Driving was okay without too much honking but dont expect any luxury sleep cause the road is bumpy and there are a lot of turns. There were quick 3-4 toilet stops and bus got in Hoi An around the promised time. I dont know if we got lucky and other people super unlucky or they expect something impossible but i would go again with them. 10/10

Specifically, there are apps that link to sell bus tickets such as: Vexere, Momo, etc. to check tickets for customers more easily. 2. Complete the car's Wifi system. Sometimes customers run out of money midway and can't use the internet to contact their relatives... Go online to check for tickets ordered online. Everything is fine. The bus is on time and on schedule. The staff is generally good, no questions. The bus is good, it can be much worse. By the way, this is the first bus, and even a three-row one, in which I was able to stretch out to my full height, and for my almost 2 meters this is not a trivial task, so a separate OK for this. We arrived in Ho Chi Minh an hour earlier than planned, also OK. In general, I don’t know what the users who are crying about “the worst experience in their lives” are unhappy with. My experience with the company is positive. They gave me a ticket, put me in a seat, left point A on time, arrived at point B on time. They weren’t rude, they smiled, I personally don’t need more. The service was provided in full. Thank you.

We went by bus at 19:30 Danang - Nha Trang. The blue illuminated bus looks like a spaceship of the future. Super comfortable! If possible, take the top bunks, and in the middle of the cabin (at least the second row from the drivers, because they can smoke and chat the whole trip) and at least the second row from the toilet (it may smell). We had a clean, comfortable toilet, modern leather seats, and blankets. The driver drove moderately, did not honk excessively at night and did not brake sharply. We slept well) at 4:30 we arrived at the station near Nha Trang. There everyone was asked to get out, given their things and put into a Sprinter, which went to the center of Nha Trang. Due to the fact that this nuance with the transfer was not agreed upon in advance, it naturally raised many questions from passengers. But the drivers don't speak English. They only show you with gestures where to go)) And they literally forcefully transfer you into the sprinter so that you don’t get lost)

The bus company is new so there are a few less customers. The driver is friendly. The bus company texted to remind before boarding time. The bus ran smoothly. Will book again.
