My bus was filled with mostly older people, so when I breathed in, I felt a bit of an old person's smell. When I got off the bus, my drop-off point was originally planned to be Nga 3 Soi (Nha Trang) and I took a Grab, but the bus stopped. He guided me down here, no ghost dared to take me (because this is the area of the underground motorbike taxi force, people playing candy cane...) I'm evaluating while I'm still on the roller coaster. This was the first time I went to Quy Nhon and I booked Tai Phat car dealership because the reviews on the app were quite good and the quality really exceeded my expectations. I bought a double bed and it was just enough for 2 people. The garage staff must be said to be super enthusiastic and cute. Before the trip, I called the switchboard and the employee who assisted me spoke super gently and cheerfully. When we get on the shuttle bus and get on the big car, they always help us carry our suitcases. On the bus, there are free cakes and milk for passengers and also prepare motion sickness medicine, slippers, blankets, pillows and especially hug pillows. But we have to rate the garage 10 stars to be enough!!!

The garage is very thoughtful. I'm in Phu Yen and take the 9pm flight, the bus company has bread and milk ready for passengers (+1 super big point). Call before pick up time (about half an hour). Staff are also very polite and attentive. A big plus is that the after-service is super good. When I arrived in the morning, in the afternoon someone from the bus company contacted me to ask about the experience and service to improve better. The place is also very clean and comfortable. However, because I get car sick, I'm quite sensitive to smells. I hope the bus company can arrange some hanging bags of ginger, lemongrass, or something to make the smell in the car more pleasant. This review has no seeding or advertising, so anyone who is considering experiencing this garage should try it, don't hesitate. A small note for tall people: if possible, you should choose the beds in front. Last day I went because I had no other choice so I slept in the last bed which is a bit short for my height. But it's still quite comfortable, I just think the front bed will be a little more comfortable.

Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.
