My first time traveling alone away from Saigon, I didn't think I was lucky to book such a great bus company ❤ I booked the company through the Vexere app because there was a 50% discount, so I immediately booked a 22 bed bus ticket. Before the day of departure. One day, the company called me to update the license plate as well as confirm personal information and drop off station. I also whispered to the hotline staff that it was my first time going alone to a far away place and going to a wedding. I also gave the garage the address of the wedding restaurant. So 10 minutes later, the bus company called me back and arranged for me to get off the bus as close to the restaurant as possible. Honestly, I never thought there would be such an enthusiastic and attentive car company. The bus departed at 10:15 p.m., I was at the bus station at 10:50 p.m. As soon as I took my suitcase out of the taxi, a guy ran over to support me and quickly put my suitcase in the car's tunnel, while I dressed up and got in the car. My bed is on top, I haven't climbed a bunk bed in a long time so I'm a bit lost ^^ But surprisingly, from behind a woman's voice came, "Brother, let me help you". So I was helped by NV to the chair very gently and safely. The car is very clean, new interior, warm blankets, soft mattresses and 2 extra pillows to sleep like at home. I took a bus from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City. In general, the bus went quite quickly and arrived earlier than I expected. The driver was also enthusiastic and polite, calling in advance to confirm. People should proactively call and ask the bus company to confirm all travel date information and ask them to notify them in any case of schedule changes. When getting on the bus, a few people wondered why the seat wasn't a bed. You should carefully check the type of seat on the online booking ticket because I saw it clearly stated it was a seat. The bus company will call to confirm the trip time and license plate number. Please remember the license plate clearly to catch the correct bus.

We first tried to ride a slip bus in Vietnam. We took a bass limousine. We were picked up in the agreed upon dream in a small minibus and taken to our slipbus. Everything was very clean. We were especially pleased with the lunch in the middle of the journey, which we did not even expect. We were asked to leave and were seated at a table with a group of 4 Vietnamese. Lunch was very good. Staff asked in advance where we would get off. Before our stop, he announced that our stop was coming soon. We really enjoyed. What could have been done better: do not turn on background music, although closer to 22 o’clock it was turned off. The rest is fire!

We went by bus at 19:30 Danang - Nha Trang. The blue illuminated bus looks like a spaceship of the future. Super comfortable! If possible, take the top bunks, and in the middle of the cabin (at least the second row from the drivers, because they can smoke and chat the whole trip) and at least the second row from the toilet (it may smell). We had a clean, comfortable toilet, modern leather seats, and blankets. The driver drove moderately, did not honk excessively at night and did not brake sharply. We slept well) at 4:30 we arrived at the station near Nha Trang. There everyone was asked to get out, given their things and put into a Sprinter, which went to the center of Nha Trang. Due to the fact that this nuance with the transfer was not agreed upon in advance, it naturally raised many questions from passengers. But the drivers don't speak English. They only show you with gestures where to go)) And they literally forcefully transfer you into the sprinter so that you don’t get lost)

I think the car service is quite good compared to the price range, the only thing is that the car pick up is 1 hour late, waiting a bit long and changing the pick up point makes me run too much :)) When I booked the car on app r, I was pushed by the app. chair, not exactly the chair I chose but that's okay. I don't understand why the app is so slow in updating license plates, it makes me panic :)) The driver's phone number is also wrong. Just recently I got a license plate and changed my phone number kkk The car includes a full meal, I think it's ok, besides that the car is clean and the driver is friendly. Overall it's very good, I encourage everyone to go and experience it

For me personally, everything is ok. The driver called back to report the time the car arrived at the pick-up point and after the trip, the bus company called over for customer service. If possible, there should be wifi for guests to use.
