Oh my god, this is the first time in my life that a driver stopped to buy me a cup of hot ginger tea because I have heart disease and asthma and get very car sick! I thank Mr Khai and Mr Tanh Dalat car, license plate number 50F 022.81, returning from Dalat to Ho Chi Minh City on October 13, 2024 at 10:30 pm. I asked my whole family and everyone said they slept very well. That day, because I was awake, I witnessed the driver driving very carefully the whole way! Going through Bao Loc pass was very stressful, but my car ran smoothly and turned corners more carefully and slowly than other cars! Driving in the fog for several stretches was completely ok! The car didn't swerve or wobble at all. At each station, the driver reported carefully and in detail! Very attentive! The car is so cute!!! 💯 points !!!! Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers.
