Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

I took a bus from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City. In general, the bus went quite quickly and arrived earlier than I expected. The driver was also enthusiastic and polite, calling in advance to confirm. People should proactively call and ask the bus company to confirm all travel date information and ask them to notify them in any case of schedule changes. When getting on the bus, a few people wondered why the seat wasn't a bed. You should carefully check the type of seat on the online booking ticket because I saw it clearly stated it was a seat. The bus company will call to confirm the trip time and license plate number. Please remember the license plate clearly to catch the correct bus.

Very good experience. The bed is spacious, has a pillow, a night light, and a lamp in the room for reading. The bed sheets and blankets are very clean and tidy. The car is comfortable and runs smoothly. The driver and staff are also friendly and polite. There is a shuttle bus to Tuy Hoa city center, which is very convenient. The ticket price is reasonable. The staff were lovely, and the bus was lovely too 😂 It was new, clean, and had Pikachu decorations all over it. Each bed even had a long Pikachu plushie to hug 🤣 The pink pig-patterned blankets would be a hit with kids. This was the first time I'd seen a bus company provide toothbrushes. Two elderly people boarded the bus and the staff even escorted them to their seats to assist them; overall, it was very thoughtful.

We are very happy with out 8.5 hour journey yesterday. The bus driver was extremely good . Our seats were comfortable and clean with water and hand wipe provided. Fantastic food stop . Good amount of toilet breaks. The only thing I would recommend to improve is to allow foreign payment cards when booking on the app.

I was stuck in traffic for about 20 minutes but the driver and assistant were still waiting and were very friendly, not pushy like other bus companies. The car I drive is a 24-minute double. The car has curtains so I find it very private and full of amenities. The car goes from Saigon to Quy Nhon and uses 3 foot stations. The car uses 2 stations to go to the toilet at the gas station. and 1 station. Use it for food. Even though the 2 stations are used at the gas station for cars to pay for fuel and for passengers to go to the toilet, the toilet at this gas station is very clean. Hk has an unpleasant smell like other stations. But it seems that this bus company runs out to Ngai Ngai and drops off passengers along Highway 1a, so it's very convenient for everyone😍 I can't fault the place when I take the bus. The car is very new. T.XE runs very well and doesn't get stuck like other cars❤️. Wishing the garage to grow stronger and stronger🥰

Sitting in the back of the last sleeper bus with a girl sleeping together was great 🤣, the bus conductor was enthusiastic with a rustic Phu Yen accent. The bus was ok and cheap.

The staff's attitude and service are very good. The charging sockets are complete with both USB and USB type C. However, the first stop is a small roadside restaurant with a slightly run-down restroom, so it feels a bit strange. The rest is ok. I went to Mien Tay bus station and the box arrived at Thu Duc area to deliver to my family, the bus company noted everything and delivered it for me. I have used this sleep bus twice for traveling from Nha Trang to Can Tho. Overall, it is one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. One important thing to mention is that there is no toilet on board, which can be uncomfortable on such a long overnight route. However, when there are regular stops, the trip can still be quite comfortable. My most recent trip (yesterday) was very good. Even though the bus was delayed by about one hour, the company informed me in advance, so it was not a problem for me. The bus was comfortable, with blankets and two pillows, and the drivers were polite and friendly. There were rest stops around 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM, which made the journey much more comfortable. At the final stop, they even provided toothbrushes, which was a nice touch. On my previous trip last week, there were no night stops until around 8:00 AM, which was quite uncomfortable. It seems that the schedule depends on the drivers, and I really hope the stops will be more consistent in the future. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue using this sleep bus company for my business trips, as it is still one of the most comfortable sleeper bus options on this route. I really hope that in the future the drivers will make regular stops as scheduled, especially since I am planning to take this route again next week.
