My trip from Ho Chi Minh City to Gia Lai was with TT bus company, but I wasn't satisfied, so I tried Duc Dat bus company. The driver, conductor, and call center staff were all very friendly. In Gia Lai, someone called ahead to give the driver's number, then I went to the bus station to wait for the bus, unlike the Ho Chi Minh City trip where you have to change tickets. Before boarding, the driver asked for my name and the phone number I used to book the ticket. The bus was slightly late (because some passengers arrived late, so they had to wait for them, but the bus arrived on time). But it ran incredibly smoothly, without sudden braking like with TT buses. The downside: the buses are older than TT buses, the interior isn't as luxurious, but they both have USB A ports for charging. The upside: polite service, no smoking on the bus, individual mini pillows, and a smooth ride.

The bus left on time, the bus company and driver called to confirm the trip twice in the morning of the departure day. When it's almost time to leave, the bus assistant will call to remind you. Estimated time to pay closely. Go from BXMD - Dak Doa to pick up and drop off at the right place. I saw a review where the driver smoked, but the car I drove was in bed number 2 near the front of the car and didn't see the driver smoking. In general, you should take this 24P bus.

Drivers and drivers are enthusiastic and polite. Check for enough passengers every time you get on and off a stop. Comfortable car (I took the car for 520k/ticket). The stop is relatively clean (I give it 7/10). The bus stops at about 2 stops for the whole trip, so if you urinate a lot, try not to drink a lot of water before departing. The departure time on the app will be different from reality, the morning of the departure day the bus company will call to schedule a time. You must arrive on time for the bus appointment.

The bus company is ok and picks you up on time. However, the drivers and drivers neglected to fix the problem of restricting smoking in the car, which was ok. Because not all passengers are comfortable with the smell of smoking. I will definitely use their service again if I have the chance, but I won't buy tickets through the cheap bus app again because it hides the behavior of the Dalat bus company on my previous trip. My 1-star review was rejected with the reason "the bus company has already handled the issue with the customer," even though I am the customer and my experience says it has been handled. Who handled it?? I don't know, so I still bought tickets this time. After this, my entire company will permanently delete the cheap bus app because of this terrible handling. We will also write reviews on various platforms about my experience with both Dalat and the cheap bus company. Thank you.
