I was quite nervous when I read many comments saying the bus was late, but the bus arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it probably depends on the bus and fate. The vehicle is fully equipped with water, towels, cakes, blankets, and pillows. The bed is quite comfortable if sleeping for 1 person. Even though my lover and I are both 7-8 feet tall, quite thin, we still feel a bit tired lying down. I think this trip is ok, I still have to wait for the return trip. Regarding payment, I think I should choose online payment to get a discount, because I choose to pay when getting on the bus but in the end I still have to transfer money in advance to deposit a seat. This is Nam Phat's first trip - and it's close to Tet. Polite bus staff - dedicated advice - cute - friendly and enthusiastic driver - shuttle bus picks up on time. Positives - Great attitude by the conductor who was friendly in support. He asked if the seat was good and where we would like to be dropped in Dalat. - The bus was very clean, no dust no used tissues etc. - bathroom 🚽, yes 👍 clean yes 👍 - The length of the seat is comfortable for the journey duration, I’m 179cm so my foot was touching the end of the cabin but I could manage. - 2 pillows( 1 basic and 1 long one) that helped. Suggestions: - Blanket could have been longer😅, could only cover until waist.
