Cambodia Office

The transition from the Q5 office to the main depot and onward to Cambodia was smooth. During this trip, the staff provided a delightful banh mi sandwich, with the veggies thoughtfully packed separately to maintain freshness, along with a bottle of water. The seats were comfortable, and the bus had a charming 1970s disco décor. The journey was pleasant, and each stop, including the two border crossings, the bathroom break in Cambodia, and the drop-off points in Phnom Penh, were well managed. For my transportation needs, Phy Phy is reliable and consistent. (Especially when compared to another Cambodian line I took previously, which lacked the same level of organization and efficiency). The only improvement I'd suggest is equipping all buses with USB ports for charging devices and perhaps offering WiFi, which would be particularly beneficial for first-time travelers given the spotty roaming service around the Cambodian border.
