I also dropped something and only discovered it a few days later, and the bus company helped me find it. Next time I travel from Da Nang to Quang Ngai, I will continue to use Ha Thao bus company.

I reserved a front seat, but the bus company assigned me a back seat. Otherwise, they were pretty punctual.

New car, I went on the Quy Nhon -> Da Nang trip and it was very comfortable. The shuttle bus picked up and dropped off at both QN and DN. The car company is new but I don't know why I saw many low reviews so I was hesitant when I bought the ticket, but after the trip I found it great. All the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Text the co-driver if you want to go to the toilet and he happily stopped the car at the nearest gas station so my family could get off!! Other cars sometimes grimaced and cursed lightly :) New car, strong air conditioner, clean. I don't understand why there are many low reviews? Very good experience. The bed is spacious, has a pillow, a night light, and a lamp in the room for reading. The bed sheets and blankets are very clean and tidy. The car is comfortable and runs smoothly. The driver and staff are also friendly and polite. There is a shuttle bus to Tuy Hoa city center, which is very convenient. The ticket price is reasonable. The bus service was very good, maybe because of the weather so there was only me in one car, the bus still picked me up and then returned empty-handed, I personally felt it was a waste but because of work I couldn't postpone, the driver was friendly and knowledgeable (the driver was born in 1980 and from Da Nang). Next time I will choose this bus!
