I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. Honest review, no booking at all. At first, when I saw many 1-star reviews, I was a bit worried, not knowing whether to go or not because everyone criticized the car very badly such as: "always late, torn rubber seats, dirty and smelly blankets, rude drivers, ... The car departed on time, before that, the operator contacted me to remind me of the trip schedule and license plate number, in addition, there was a free transfer within a 15km radius. The driver was very funny and polite, the car was new, the toilet was clean, the blanket was very fragrant. 2 people lay comfortably (I am 1m50 - 55kg and my friend is 1m73 - 70kg). The car ran smoothly. The bus conductor was also very gentle and cute, when the car arrived at the stop and I didn't know, he asked us "Are you two going home here, the car has arrived at the stop" 😭.
