The ride was very bumpy, partly due to the bad road and maybe the shock absorbers on the minivan should be replaced. But i gave the high score because of their punctuality, and staff, especially Nhu Y really took care of me to arrange a pickup near my hotel in Rach Gia. Her/his service and follow up customer care was perfect. Thank u soo much:)
